Smith Explodes as NASA Delays First Crewed Orion Flight

NASA announced this week the first crewed flight of the Space Launch System (SLS) and Orion deep space crew module would slip from 2021 to no later than April 2023.

Lamar Smith (R-TX) blames Administration for delay of first crewed Orion flight, even though it is Congress that provides funding for NASA and has consistently failed to fulfill the Administrations funding request for NASA, year after year.
