Komarov to Head Proton Failure Investigation, Second Try For ISS Reboost Tonight EDT

The failure of a Russian Soyuz/Proton to launch a Mexican communication satellite on Friday was not the only failure that day. The Proton attached to the International Space Station also failed to fire in an orbit raising maneuver. The head of Roscosmos has taken personal charge of the investigation into both incidents.
